Director of Finance

Caroline oversees financial reporting, accounting, and financial operations at Permanent Equity. She works across the firm's funds and portfolio companies, drawing on her background in public accounting and corporate finance. She enjoys untangling complicated problems, finding better ways to do things, and making the numbers tell a useful story.

Outside Work: Caroline enjoys serving on local non-profit boards, cooking, teaching fitness classes, and working through a reading list that somehow keeps getting longer. She's also the creative mind behind home renovation projects, while her husband, Andrew, handles the actual work. Their golden retriever, Ferdinand, provides moral support but very little practical assistance.
